Alfred's responsibilities encompass overseeing the internal audit function at DCSA, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and group policies. Robert is deeply passionate about community upliftment, leveraging his broad range of communication skills to effectively engage with rural and marginalised communities, as well as highly specialised interest groups and authorities.

Mzi Matola is a seasoned risk expert with nearly two decades of experience in risk management across diverse industries and countries. He currently serves as the Head of Risk and has over the years successfully applied his risk expertise in the banking, insurance, mining, petrochemical, and cement industries. Mzi has worked with and led diverse teams in countries such as Zambia, Namibia, Botswana, and South Africa. He holds a BCom in Economics, a Bachelor's degree in Christian Entrepreneurship, a Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management, an Executive Development Program Certificate, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Enterprise Risk from various universities.

Heinrich is passionate about the diversity in his field of work and the constant opportunities for improvement specifically related to alternative energy, fuels and resources.
